Moses Tembe is a distinguished entrepreneur with over 30 years of business experience in the retail, real estate, industrial operations, and community development areas.
He has been instrumental in transformative projects across KwaZulu-Natal, including the Point Waterfront, Suncoast Casino, Richards Bay Eco Junction as well as the growth of industrial ventures like Geochem and Elgin Brown & Hamer.
A recipient of accolades such as the Ithala Business Award and Investec Entrepreneur Award, Moses has served on various boards of JSE-listed companies including Mr Price Group and Santova.

Raised in Lamontville, Moses’ values were shaped by his parents—a priest and a community-focused matriarch—instilling a passion and love for community development and empowerment.
As Co-Chair of the KZN Growth Coalition and Economic Council, he focuses on empowering youth and women while fostering economic collaboration in the region.
The Moses Tembe Foundation further emphasises his commitment to entrepreneurship, education, and the arts, which he champions.
Starting his career in the asset management industry in London in 1999, Warren has built invaluable industry experience that informs much of what we do at Bellamont today.
Investment theory and understanding of what drives returns over time has been a focus of his career and studying his CFP led him to the Private Banking world of private client management.
The corporate world was the ultimate training ground with stints at Coutts Private Bank, Deutsche Asset Management and then a return to South Africa joining Stanlib Asset Management. An entrepreneurial streak meant it was inevitable that a private practice would be established.
Outside of work, a busy family means spare time is often at a premium, but sport or something interesting to read will always fill the gaps.
“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” – Neale Donald Walsch. This quote encapsulates Amanda Zungu’s life philosophy:
“When we reach a level of comfort, it means we are not growing and therefore not truly living.”
Amanda Zungu is a visionary leader with over 14 years of experience across the creative, corporate marketing, and government sectors, locally and internationally.
Amanda has worked with leading organizations such as McDonald’s SA, Discovery Bank, Airports Company South Africa, African Bank, Council for Geosciences and the Department of Public Enterprises.
As Founder & Chief Visionary Officer of One Afrika Hut, Amanda has transformed marketing through storytelling, leveraging animation and other mediums to build powerful brand narratives that resonate globally.
An award-winning animation producer and director, her work has gained international acclaim on platforms like Netflix and at renowned events, including the Annecy International Animation Festival in France.
Founder of One K Foundation, a non-profit organization raising awareness about kidney disease and organ transplantation. Amanda also serves as South Africa’s Ambassador for World Kidney Day.
Amanda is a Non-Executive Director at Get Ready Skills, a non-profit that has created over 300 job opportunities for unemployed youth.
A finalist for the 2023 Ideal Entrepreneur Propeller Award, she is also an alumni of the International Women’s Forum of South Africa’s Young Leaders Connect programme.
Matt joined Bellamont Wealth as an Equity Analyst in February 2021. He graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with an Honours degree in Finance and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
Being part of a team that strives to keep learning and improving every day, while going above and beyond for each client, is a great source of motivation for Matt. He believes that investment success is about making a small number of meaningful investments and having the patience to keep hold of them.
Matt is inspired by the late, great Sir Winston Churchill and lives by his quote, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
Outside of work Matt enjoys all things sports-related and – probably due to his average sporting abilities – tries to live by Alex Morgan’s mantra, “Winning and losing isn’t everything; sometimes the journey is just as important as the outcome.”
Vicki brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, offering a deep well of knowledge and expertise. Her primary responsibilities include assisting clients with the seamless opening and ongoing management of their investment portfolios. With a steadfast commitment to excellence and professionalism, Vicki plays a pivotal role in administrative and operational functions, ensuring efficiency and precision at every step. Her dedication and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to both clients and colleagues alike.
